Terms & Conditions

Appointment Booking

• A valid phone number and email are required when booking.

• Deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are applied toward your service total.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a nonrefundable deposit .

• Appointments requiring extensive time (extensions, or specialty services) may require 48 hours' notice.

No-Show Policy

• Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will forfeit the deposit.

• Future bookings may require paid in full.

 

Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if the remaining time does not allow the service to be completed properly.

    • Late arrivals may result in modification of services to stay on schedule.

 

Service Satisfaction

• Your satisfaction is important. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact Hairgistic Lounge now before leaving the to make arrangements.

• Refunds are not provided for services rendered, but reasonable adjustments may be offered at the stylist's discretion.

 

Guests & Children

• To preserve the relaxing one-on-one experience, only clients receiving services are permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Health & Safety

• Please notify the salon of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or scalp concerns before your appointment.

• Hairgistic Lounge reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise the health or safety of the client or stylist.

 

Payment

• Payment is due at the completion of services.

• Accepted forms of payment will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
