Refund Policy - the basics
Salon Services
All deposits are refundable within 24 hours However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let Hairgistic Lounge no before leaving the salon .
Service Adjustments
Corrections or adjustments related to the original service may be offered at the discretion of Hairgistic Lounge and must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
Deposits & Booking Fees
All deposits and booking fees are refundable within 24 hours . Deposits secure your appointment time and go toward your scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify services. Late arrivals may also result in cancellation fees.
No-shows and same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits and may require a new deposit to book future appointments.
Right to Refuse Service
Hairgistic Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
