Privacy Policy

1. Scheduled Appointments First Clients with confirmed appointments will always receive priority over walk-ins or same-day requests.

 

2. On-Time Arrivals Clients who arrive on time for their scheduled appointment will be serviced as close to their reserved time as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or adjustment of services.

 

3. Pre-Booked  Clients who consistently pre-book their appointments may receive priority when scheduling during high-demand times, holidays, and special events.

 

4. Service Time Consideration Appointments are scheduled based on the time required for each service. Longer services may have limited availability and require advance booking.

 

5. Emergency Accommodations Hairgistic Lounge will do its best to accommodate urgent hair care needs when availability permits, but cannot guarantee same-day service.

 

6. One-on-One Experience as a private, one-on-one salon, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor every guest's experience, we ask that cancellations and rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

 

7. Respect for All Guests Hairgistic Lounge operates on a first-booked, first-served scheduling system while maintaining flexibility for client loyalty, special circumstances, and business needs.
